Brooke has been studying and teaching Pilates and Fitness for over a decade. In 2008 she received her Comprehensive Teacher Training Pilates Certification through BASI ™ Pilates (Body Arts & Science International). In 2013 she completed her TRX Suspension Training certification. Brooke is also certified in Yoga, Ballet Barre, Sports Nutrition and Personal Training. In her free time she loves to cook, go to the beach and travel.
