Byron is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. Throughout his career, he has taught a wide range of fitness modalities including cycling, boxing/kickboxing, HIIT, flexibility and mobility training, as well as small group and one-on-one personal training sessions. Growing up, Byron was heavily involved in sports, especially soccer and basketball. After personally losing over 25 pounds, he discovered a passion for fitness and healthy living that he now strives to share with others. His own experiences with sports-related injuries led him to focus more deeply on stretching, recovery, and injury prevention — ultimately leading him to StretchLab, where he found a new passion within the recovery side of fitness. Outside of the studio, Byron has rekindled his first love by playing soccer in a weekend recreational league. He’s also a big fan of gaming on Xbox and enjoys all things Marvel and Star Wars. His favorite hero is Thor — and he may or may not own a replica of Mjolnir, an Infinity Gauntlet, and a few lightsabers. Overall, Byron is passionate about helping others create healthier lifestyles through movement, recovery, and sustainable wellness habits.
