Small physio-led pilates studio, classes are run by amazing physiotherapist instructors. I have attended classes with both Camille and Katri so far, and they have both been really good and focused on providing very tailored feedback, keeping in mind my needs and limitations. It feels like a private lesson - I highly recommend the studio.
