Rock Hill Pilates is the best. I have always been intimidated to work out, especially at a gym or studio. I have never been a member of any gym or class but I took a leap of faith and took Candice's intro class and a few privates and loved it. Then I got a membership and started going twice a week.

I’ve recently started doing Pilates here (my first time doing it.). I am so impressed with everything about this studio! The instructors are all very knowledgeable, personable and kind. The owner Candice is amazing and has built such a welcoming environment! I would recommend Rock Hill Pilates to anyone!
