Capri McCrate

I love this studio! I did beginner reformer with Capri, and it was a great experience. I’ve done reformer pilates classes where I felt lost and left behind. Not with this class, it was the perfect pace with the right amount of burn. I was following along well and it was a good mix of challenging and encouraging. Capri also paid some extra attention to me since I am newer and she really helped. I w
