Carla’s love for Pilates began in her teens after her mom introduced her to the practice. She believes wholeheartedly that movement is medicine and is especially drawn to Pilates for its ability to build strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindfulness and intentional breath. Carla looks forward to sharing her knowledge and helping members feel strong, confident, and supported in their fitness goals. When she’s not in the studio, Carla can be found teaching spin classes at CycleBar Windermere or enjoying time outdoors with her husband and two little girls.
