I had another epic pilates class with Carmen! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares how I feel during and after my sessions. She takes note of positions that really help release tension from my body and makes sure my form is correct. Even with all my ailments we always get a great workout in and I always feel better when I leave vs when I arrived. Highly recommend Les…
