Love! This is one of my favorite spots! My mornings have been completely changed with Carmen's classes. I see her name on the list and I KNOW it is going to be a great class. If you are looking for a well-rounded pilates session, make sure you check those out.
Carmen's classes are so challenging but fun! She is really thoughtful in her instructions and super encouraging. I really push myself in her classes and love the energy of her classes.
Absolutely love this location in Coconut Grove, my go to spot for pilates. Carmen is my favorite, highly recommend to give her class a try you won’t regret it!
