About Carolyn

Carolyn, a native of Chicago, spent her free time engaging in gymnastics and modern dance. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Costume Design, she relocated to Los Angeles, embarking on a career in Film and Television. Her breakthrough came when Warner Brothers hired her for a television series set in Salt Lake City called EVERWOOD. During the filming of this series, Carolyn stumbled upon Pilates and has been practicing it regularly for over fifteen years. Inspired by her passion for Pilates, she decided to pursue training as an instructor, allowing her to share her love for the practice while juggling between Costume Design projects.
