Casey started doing Pilates when she was trying to work on her overall fitness between Tennis and Badminton seasons in High School. After trying out Springboard Pilates at her local studio she became very interested in expanding her pilates expertise. She realized it was a great workout that can help improve overall health and help with conditioning other athletes. Casey is currently going through the Club Pilates Teacher Training and is an Apprentice Teacher. She loves incorporating the Bosu ball and TRX straps in her classes.
