About Cassi

Cassi has loved Pilates her whole life! Her interest started in middle school when her mom bought Mari Windsor Pilates DVDs from an infomercial and it was Cassi who ended up loving it! Pilates then showed up in dance class cross training and mat classes at the local gym. When Cassi was 34 years old she had a series of neurological episodes leaving her unable to walk. She spent a month in a rehab center with a physical therapist who also happened to be a Pilates trainer. Daily sessions of Pilates led to walking with a cane, and after 18 months, walking without an aid. As her health improved, she knew that she wanted to spend time helping people regain their health and strength through Pilates, no matter where they are at in their Pilates journey.
