Cassidy Glad

We booked a class for a bachelorette party and had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and the booking process was super easy. Cassidy was an incredible instructor and made our whole group feel so welcome and comfortable. We had a blast and would highly recommend!

I just finished my first class at Pulse. It was my first yoga sculpt class and I loved it! I really like how it combines strength training and cardio. Cassidy was such a great instructor too! I’m definitely looking forward to taking more classes 😊

Cassidy did such a wonderful job leading the outdoor class! She makes you feel welcomed, strong, capable and is very encouraging the entire time! She has such a positive and uplifting energy. I really enjoyed her class!!

Pulse has me for life! Cassidy has created a space for all to take up space and MOVE - it is my favorite spot to unwind and get a great workout in. All the instructors are knowledgeable and intentional with every class they teach, they give you plenty of variations, and everyone’s playlist will get you pumped. The space is always clean and welcoming, I am so grateful Duluth has Pulse!!!

The Barre class at Pulse is so challenging and affirming -- and the instructor Cassidy is clear, fun, and hilarious. She one million percent knows her stuff, and everyone walks out feeling better about themselves after those 50 minutes. Duluth is so lucky to have this studio!
