The instructors at Rookwood are the very best. They have helped me work the chronic issues I have with my back and I look forward to my classes everyday. I’ve been to 3 other studios across the country and none are better than these ladies. They are Cassidy, Danielle, Leslie,, Lindsay Marsha and Betsy. I love Cassidy’s Friday noon cardio sculpt - the first time I took this class I was laughing because it was just so much fun! It’s also an excellent workout. And I really enjoy and appreciate Lindsey’s Tuesday morning Flow1.5; her cues and careful attention to our performance on the reformer are super.
