About Cassidy

Hi everyone! As a Cincinnati Native, I am very excited to be starting this journey with Club Pilates. I have been active my whole life, having trained as an Irish Dancer with the McGing Irish Dancers for 20 years. I am also a professional actress around the area. I graduated from Miami University in 2018 with a degree in Theatre and Dance and have spent time training in New York City. While dancing, I did Mat Pilates as a co-trainer. After retiring, I started on my yoga journey to keeping my body strong and healthy. I’ve been doing yoga for about 6 years now and I am excited to get back to Pilates as well. When not working, I can be found sipping coffee, snuggling my puppies, or dancing and singing in a show. I am really excited to welcome you all into the Club Pilates Family!
