Cassie has always been fulfilled by the movement of the body. From ballet as a child, to teaching as an apprentice in Tae Kwon Do, to discovering Pilates. She became certified through Sal Anthony’s Movement Salon in 2018. Cassie teaches mostly contemporary style Pilates. She’s all about making sure her clients leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and looser than when they came in. She loves to give a challenge to her clients to show people how much movement they are capable of while perfecting form and techniques to improve one’s mobility and flexibility. She says “ Your body is sacred and it is your temple. You’re safe haven. So it’s important to treat it with the up most care and attention daily to continue a healthy, comfortable lifestyle.
