With a degree in dance and having a solid knowledge of body movement and anatomy, Catherine is truly passionate about Pilates. I've been Catherine's student since 2011, and as a dancer and aerialist I rely on my twice weekly sessions with her for my cross training regimen. Her training has improved my dancing by enhancing my core strength and stability, as well as over all toning and spinal alignment. Her rates are very reasonable, especially considering the detailed and precise training she provides to the individual. I
