Celeste has great energy, pacing and compassion for her students!

I love Celeste and her energy!! She always makes me feel comfortable and strong in myself!

I’m addicted! Classes are perfect for any fitness level. Celeste is my favorite instructor, her classes are so enjoyable, she makes sure to describe exactly what we are supposed to be doing so we’re not looking around in confusion. I have noticed my legs and core are much stronger!
