About Cesar

César has been helping people improve their flexibility and mobility for the past three years with StretchLab - originally working at the StretchLab in Soma, San Francisco, prior to moving to New York. As a professional ballet dancer, musical theatre actor and a graduate of the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC, he brings deep knowledge of muscular activation, posture and body awareness. César is very passionate about helping others release tension, move better, and feel better. Outside the studio, he enjoys working out, listening to music, singing, and acting.
