This studio opening up has been such a blessing. The trainers are all excellent - my go to are Nicole and Anissa, but the entire team (Chloe, Danielle, Jess, Kaila, Laura, Stav, and the rest) is exceptionally caring. I love that we get a full body workout each class and the trainers add accommodations as needed. I've seen myself get strong and fitter in just a few weeks. Great job by Alex and John
