I am from Elmhurst, IL and hold a Bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University. Then, I moved to St. Paul after graduation. With over 10 years of experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I am now also Certified Pilates Instructor. I love to travel with my family and to do outdoor activities. My favorite movement in Pilates is planking on the reformer.
