Cute studio, it’s new and spacious. Had a class with Cassidy and she’s so nice, she corrected my form and very attentive. Recommended for anyone who wants to try pilates with equipments (reformer)! Shoutout to Chris! His class is always amazing and energetic!!

I took a class with Chris and he is amazing! I’m working through multiple injuries and while you get an incredible workout and break a sweat he made sure to correct me with compassion to ensure I would not injure myself. I highly recommend his class and will be back!
