Christine is a wonderful pilates instructor. Pilates was originally designed as a rehabilitation program for injured soldiers after the first world war, and became very popular with injured dances. Love coming to Balance and Grace! Classes are more focused with a max class size of 7 students which really gives the instructors time to help make adjustments for each person. I feel much more aware and in tune with my body with only the month and half that I've been coming here. Christine, the studio owner, has been awesome and has helped me improve my pilates practice. I've been going to Balance & Grace Pilates for almost four months and absolutely LOVE it! Every class is unique, challenging, and fun. Christine has a masterful eye to catch even the slightest errors and is quick to correct your form...and always with an explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it.
