I’ve done Pilates with Suzanne, Nicole and Christy for over 15 years. I think Pilates is the best all-in-one workout! It works your strength, core , balance and flexibility. The instructors are awesome. They make each workout different, fun and challenging for all levels. You will never be bored and will always feel like you have gotten a good workout. I highly recommend Performance Pilates Plus.
