Cinde Carroll is prodigy level trainer of trainers. She’s gained a true mastery level knowledge and practice of movement and alignment based training and even therapy. She makes it tough and challenging but without sacrificing integrity of alignment through movement. She keeps her classes small enough to watch everyone like a hawk. Cinde is the best….. ever.. extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to perform each exercise perfectly, each time. Ronda and Doreen are amazing as well, they are all STOTT instructors aka incredibly smart and then still able to engage with all types of learners!!!!
