Balanced Body Mat and Reformer Certified, 2018 Teaching at CP StL since 2019 St. Louis native I was drawn to teach at Club Pilates because it was new and fresh to St. Louis and provided quality Pilates, a fantastic studio, and varied workouts at a great price. I've stayed because of the people - both clients and colleagues. This is a fantastic community.
