My daughters and I had such an incredible experience coming to the Pilates class at Power. We flew in to Vegas and had a six hour layover and Cindy the owner was incredible and so accommodating and kind getting us signed up with socks to wear and anything else we needed. We felt so welcome by all of the staff. Adina was such a great instructor and we loved taking this class for the first time. We
Since I’ve been on this fitness journey it has taken me a lot of unexpected (and some familiar) places. A new consideration for me now when traveling is keeping up a routine. Not only do I make sure that I have a gym in wherever I stay but that I also have access to other active options. Routine DOESN’T HAVE to be so routine. It’s more about consistency, achieving goals and pursuing peace of mind.
