Claire Wilson discovered Pilates in the fall of 2023 and instantly fell in love. She began her training almost immediately and was teaching classes by November of that same year. Her passion for movement and connection with others quickly translated into a natural love for teaching. Claire is comprehensively certified in Pilates and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Science. She is passionate about sharing fitness with others and loves helping clients move their bodies in ways that make them feel stronger and more confident. Her classes are strength-based, creative, and flow-focused, with an emphasis on mindful movement and intentional sequencing. Outside the studio, Claire loves spending time outdoors. She played volleyball in college and still enjoys getting on the sand whenever she can.
