I really enjoyed today’s class. I joined Valeō recently and I’m so happy I did. The studio is beautiful and calming once you enter. Today’s instructor was Claudine. I find her to be very knowledgeable, supportive, and always brings calm energy. Her attention to form makes every session effective and empowering. I felt stronger leaving that class and more motivated to keep coming back. Highly recom
