Colleen came to Pilates through her love of fitness and creative movement. She found it very beneficial for strengthening the body and preventing injury through “mindful movement”. She loves teaching and believes in the wholistic approach that Pilates was founded on, as well as the body-mind-spirit connection. Colleen has been teaching Pilates since receiving her Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification in 2019. She has a background education in occupational therapy and early childhood development. A proud mom of 3 humans and 1 doodle, Colleen thoroughly enjoys yoga, travel, and playing in Colorado’s beautiful outdoors- hiking, mountain biking, and paddle boarding.
