About Courtney
I found Pilates a few years ago. I fell in love with how it made me feel, not just physically but mentally too. It made me feel strong and confident in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I have also met some of the best people because of Pilates! Now it’s something I genuinely love and look forward to, and I’m passionate about helping others find that same feeling.
