Big fan of Courtney Miller’s Pilates anytime reformer classes. Got the chance to take a class at her studio on vacation in Carlsbad. Lived up to expectations , Cheyenne was amazing and super accommodating to me as a newcomer. Align plus challenged my balance and strength and she made great adjustments. Thanks Pilates Republic, beautiful indoor outdoor space!
