I've been going to Galveston Pilates for over a year now and I love it. Heather and Cris are amazing teachers and very knowledgeable. The classes are small, which is great because they're able to give you personalized attention and fix your form. I highly recommend this studio!

Cris is an amazing instructor that helps me listen to my body. She always modifies or adds additional stretches as needed. I’ve learned so much on the last year!
