Crissy began practicing pilates in 2000 and immediately was hooked. Crissy earned her pilates certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels through the highly respected STOTT PILATES® Method in 2005. She is also a trained Total Barre ™ instructor. Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. In addition, she also holds certifications in TRX ® , Schwinn Indoor Cycling, PiYo and Cardio Barre. She teaches her clients how to strengthen their deep spinal and core abdominal muscles and how doing so will improve on all other activities like walking, running, tennis, etc as well as improve posture and flexibility. In addition, she teaches how to achieve a healthy, fit body without adding bulk.
