As someone who had NEVER been to a Pilates class, I was excited and terrified at the same time when I arrived for the preview session! 😂 Crystal’s clear instructions, coupled with her patient and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease. This a beautiful studio with a great atmosphere. I look forward to continuing my Pilates journey!
