Dahn Jackson

Dahn is great

My experience at IM=X Bethany has exceeded my expectations. I have only 50% ROM in my right arm and was not sure I could do Pilates. My instructor, Dahn Jackson , has encouraged me to stick with it. She is quick to show me modifications that allow me to participate wholly while advancing my strength and increasing my flexibility . It’s like physical therapy and exercise all in one! She makes it so
