Dana Brown has been a fitness pro since 1995, dedicating her career to helping people embrace fitness and move with ease. She earned her Classical Peak Pilates Comprehensive certification in 2010, went on to teach private lessons and small groups to thousands, managed studios, including her own Be Mind Body Fitness, and in 2024 joined Club Pilates. A CT native also raised on Cape Cod, Dana is a proud mom of two amazing grown kids, and dog mom to her yellow lab and walking companion, Olive. Every Wednesday, she appears as the 5 Minute Fitness Coach on WFSB’s Great Day CT, sharing her signature Harmony Workout - a method designed to help women break free from self-abandonment, release energy blockages, and create harmony in their bodies through Pilates.
