If you have ever considered Pilates, I strongly recommend Westwood Pilates. The instructors are at the top of their game, and honestly love Pilates and working with clients. I have taken lessons with Daniela for years, and she will teach you the principles of Pilates and how it can change your body. I have also taken lessons/classes with Pamela and Chanda, and they are also incredible instructors.
My husband and I have been coming to Westwood Pilates for the last five years. After recovering from a hamstring surgery I was looking for a place to rehab and get stronger overall. It was at a neighborhood urban fair on Pico Boulevard where we ran across their booth. Daniela invited us to check out their place. We did. The studio was bright, clean, and filled with brand new, first-rate equipment.
