About Danylhe

Dany was born in North Carolina and raised in Venezuela. She moved back to the US in 2016. Dany is passionate about health, nutrition, fitness, and inspiring others to live a healthy and active lifestyle. In 2017, Dany decided to try Club Pilates for the first time, and instantly it was love at first sight — or, should we say, love at first Mermaid! Since then, she has become a loyal member of Club Pilates. After the pandemic, she felt inspired by her favorite instructors to take the Teacher Training program so she could spread her love for this practice, help people enjoy movement, and hopefully inspire them to improve their physical and mental health! She loves what she does and loves to see happiness and smiles on each face that leaves the studio after her class.
