As a lifelong exerciser, I’m very happy to have found David. As a person over 70, I prefer knowledgeable and experienced trainers who can focus on functional strength and balance and David has the skills. The focused Pilates workouts have produced results that make a difference in my life. I find the entire wellness center supportive.
