Dawn has been a certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1997 & Personal Trainer since 2009. Her certifications & Specialties include: Les Mills Body Pump & Body Balance, AFAA Yoga & Mat Pilates, Barre Above, Schwinn Cycle, Silver Sneakers and Zumba. She has been a Group Fitness Manager @ Gold's Gym in Yukon and 10 Gym (All American Fitness). She has Mat Pilates in her background but started her own Club Pilates journey & fell in love with it. She joined as a member in Yukon but quickly jumped on as an instructor. She enjoys helping people in all areas of their fitness journey. Her favorite part is seeing them improve & gain confidence!
