I started going to Pilates at my doctors insistence. I was having constant back pain. I’ve now been going to Rhythm and Flow 2 to 3 times a week for at least seven years… I’ve lost track. Deana is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to modify or adjust any exercise that causes pain. I spend a lot of time in the car and often arrive with back pain. But I always leave pain-free and feeling stronger.
