With over a decade of experience and a background in collegiate sports, she emphasizes mind-body movement and strength building in her classes. DebC creates an inclusive environment where individuals of all skill levels can thrive, focusing on precision and supporting seniors through tailored exercises. Outside of teaching, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their rescue puppy, Boo.
