I wish I could give them 6 stars! Pilates of KC is the absolute best studio in Overland Park. Debbie is a phenomenal teacher with an expert eye for correcting your form to ensure you’re targeting the correct muscle groups. Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful studio 🙌

By far my favorite Pilates studio I’ve visited! Amazing hands on instructors who genuinely care about your body, safety, and goals. Debbie is my favorite instructor as she challenges us every class but also makes sure we our comfortable with our movements. Would recommends to new and seasoned Pilates goers.
