My favorite instructor is Debbie W., I go out of my way to go to her classes at East and Marina Long Beach. Her voice is beautiful and clear and her level of teaching pilates far exceeds what I thought I would get when I joined Club Pilates!!! I look forward to her classes and the relaxation and improved physical being is something that can not be replaced. My doctor is so happy with my improved h
