I LOVE this place! 1) I have hypermobility/EDS/POTS/Dysautonomia and reformer pilates has helped my symptoms so much. I was originally introduced to it by my physical therapist, and now Logan Square Pilates + Core has been the best spot for classes to continue my practice! They are so knowledgeable and every teacher I have taken so far (Aileen, DeeDee, Molly) was aware of POTS/EDS and its implicat
