Diana has been working for Club Pilates as front desk since 2021. She has an associate degree in kinesiology and exercise science and in the pursuit for her bachelors at SDSU this Fall! Diana is also a certified group fitness and cycling instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America(AFAA). I was introduced to Pilates back in 2021, and didn't realize that the practice was a blessing in disguise. After a lower back and multiple leg injuries, I always turned to Pilates as a recovering mechanism, and I never looked back. As a competitive strongman athlete, Pilates is actually my secret weapon in keeping my core strong for the sport and everyday life. So I cannot wait to share my teachings to you all and what Pilates has done for me, and what it can do for you!
