Often times the hardest thing to do in Diane's class is to control your laughter! She has been a Fitness Professional for the last 34 yrs. A ball of infectious enthusiasm, she knew Pilates was her calling the first time she taught a class! Diane has experience teaching Pilates, Aqua classes, Aerobics, Barre, Boot Camp, Step, Sculpting, Tae Bo, Tabata/Hiit & Yoga. Her first Fitness Instructor Certificate was from the Montreal Y. She then continued accumulating certificates in Balance Ball, Body Sculpting, Boot Camp, Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Mat & Apparatus), Spinning, Step, Tae Bo & 200 HR Vinyasa Yoga. Slightly demanding, Diane asks for attention to detail & for a "no quit" attitude. Some of her strengths are her leadership skills & her ability to provide modifications for injuries & different levels of experience. Her biggest assets are her ability to improvise, her creativity & her enthusiasm.
