Dicle was born and raised in Türkiye, where she trained and competed in rhythmic gymnastics for over 13 years. She became a two-time national champion and was selected as an Olympic candidate athlete. Following her athletic career, she earned certification as a rhythmic gymnastics judge. Her lifelong passion for movement, flexibility, and discipline naturally led her to Pilates, where she found a practice that deepened her connection to core strength, control, flow, and body awareness, qualities she developed throughout her gymnastics journey. She completed her 500-hour Comprehensive Teacher Training through Club Pilates under the guidance of Master Trainer Sue Gann. She focuses on designing balanced classes that build strength, improve stability, and encourage graceful movement. Her goal is to help people build confidence, discover their inner strength, improve postural alignment, and feel stronger.
