Dinee is such a wonderful instructor. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, clear, and grounded, and she brings a steady confidence that makes everyone feel supported. As a fellow instructor, I really appreciate her cueing, her pacing, and the way she holds space. I always walk out feeling aligned and energized. Highly recommend her classes!
