Love working with Dorothy at Springwater Pilates Studio in SE Portland! Great workout! She's experienced, offers modifications & clear explanations of the exercises in our group reformer class. The studio is very clean and easy parking. Highly Recommend!!!
Love this Pilates studio. It’s clean, comfortable and has an overall great feel and layout. I take classes with Dorothy 3x a week and get so much out of each class with her. Dorothy is professional, fun, personable and super knowledgeable.
